Create SWiFT Override

Step 1: Go to PLHS Intranet, scroll down to the SWiFT logo

Step 2: Once logged in select Port Lincoln High School

Step 3: For a temp override click the Temporary Rule button

Step 4: Complete the form as per below;

This will allow individual students access to YouTube for the duration selected this is recommended	This will override YouTube for the whole school for the duration selected

Step 5: Create a recurring rule;

select Rules on the left menu, then click add Rule at the top right

This will allow the listed students access YouTube for the days and times listed in the below example

This process is the same for any blocked website, just change the Rule Scope to Specific URL and past or enter the website URL eg. www.afl.com.au

NOTE: Rules can take 5 to 10 minutes to take effect. The more people/sites listed it can take longer.
